Microsoft Game Studios today announced that the official Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna Fan Site Kit (FSK) is now available for download at http://www.microsoft.com/games/dungeonsiegeloa/ and http://downloads.gamezone.com/demos/d10338.htm.   Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna is an expansion pack for Dungeon Siege, an action fantasy role-playing game featuring an immersive fully 3-D environment. With the FSK tools, adventurers-turned-webmasters can create Web sites that will quickly become the talk of the kingdom. Included in the FSK (19 MB):

Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna builds upon the critically acclaimed gameplay of the original Dungeon Siege, adding an all-new campaign, awesome new characters and powerful new spells in a never-before-seen setting. Leaving the Kingdom of Ehb behind, adventurers are drawn to the mysterious the island of Aranna to solve an ancient mystery. Along the way players will encounter fearsome new creatures like Clockwork Beasts and Doppelgangers. To combat these new beasts, Legends of Aranna introduces new spells and special over-the-top spell effects such as “Invisibility” and “Summon Clone”. Spells will also be discovered further into the game that can temporarily transform the player character into a wolf, troll or lava monster. And for gamers looking to assemble a formidable band of warriors, a new character, the Half-Giant player, can be added to the party or selected directly for multiplayer mode. Treasure-seekers will marvel at the new rare and powerful items scattered throughout Aranna, including new consistent styles of armor sets and collectables. And for those times when a timid pack-mule just won’t do, the all-new “tragg” pack animal will defend the player's hard-earned treasure to the death.

Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna, which also includes the full version of the original Dungeon Siege, will be available in North America this November for an estimated retail price of $29.99 (U.S.). Dungeon Siege: Legends of Aranna is being developed by Mad Doc Software and Gas Powered Games.
