Oxygen Games today announces the release of its PDC World Championship Darts PC Demo.

The early distribution of the demo is part of Oxygen’s widespread campaign to give everybody out there, excited by this Christmas season’s greatest first to format release, a sneak peak into the fun to be had.

The PC Demo is a snapshot of some of the game’s leading features, allowing players the choice of two PDC Champions to play as or against; the enigmatic Wayne ‘Hawaii 501’ Mardle and World Number 4, Dennis ‘The Menace’ Priestley.

Players will be able to play the UK Open in Quick Game mode, with a choice of Darts rule variations. For a bit of additional fun, Oxygen has also included the pub darts fun games, ‘Killer’ and ‘Around the Clock’ - just two of many extra games that will be available in the full version.

Offering players the thrill of an ‘as seen on TV’ darts experience, PDC World Championship Darts challenges players to take on the champions and bring victory home.

Set for release alongside the staging of the 2007 Ladbrokes.com World Darts Championship, PDC World Championship Darts will be available on PlayStation®2 and PC CD-ROM from December 1st, 2006.
