Electronic Arts is pleased to announce the official web site for James Bond 007: NightFire has gone live.

The site contains mission information from both the console and PC versions. Bond fans will have the opportunity to receive more information on 007 NightFire prior to its ship as EA plans to release more information on an ongoing basis. Mission updates include concept art, objectives, screenshots, and video clips. The site also contains images and descriptions of key characters and weapons as well as the Aston Martin Vanquish. The Q Lab section will launch shortly, featuring all the in-game gadgets as well as behind-the-scenes information, additional characters, and possibly game hints. A downloadable desktop wallpaper featuring the classic cover art is available at launch, with a range of exclusive new downloads in the works including AIM Buddy Icons, a fully animated screensaver, and a fan site kit for 007 NightFire fans who want to build their own official tribute sites.

James Bond 007: NightFire for the PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, Xbox video game systems and PC promises to take players higher and deeper than ever before. As Bond, players will operate in the Austrian Alps, a Japanese highrise and even in a zero-gravity space station to defeat the evil criminal mastermind Raphael Drake. 007 NightFire will be available worldwide in mid-November, closely timed to the release of the 20th movie of the James Bond Franchise, "Die Another Day".
