Mercury Meltdown Launches for PSP
The Mercury is rising! Mercury Meltdown for the PlayStation Portable hits store shelves nationwide today. Mercury Meltdown expands massively on the unique game play of the highly-acclaimed PSP system launch title, "Archer Maclean's Mercury."
Modeled after the old-fashioned wooden labyrinth game, Mercury Meltdown lets you take control of a liquid mercury blob, guiding it around traps, door switches, spikes, moving floors and other hazardous elements. This sequel features a fresh vibrant graphical style with a zany cartoon quality. This is a fun, challenging game for the entire family - the blob has four stages: normal, solid, fast and slow to test your skills as you maneuver your way through various obstacles!
In additional to the new graphic style, Mercury Meltdown has numerous new game play features including:
- State of the art blob physics including normal mercury, solid, cold and hot forms
- Freeform game progression
- Ghost and Replay modes to view your past game performance
- Super-fast load times
- Downloadable content via Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's official YourPSP Website
- Hidden labs and party games to unlock
- Over 160 challenging levels
