THE EVOLUTION OF COMBAT HAS ARRIVED: OFFICIAL HALO SITE LAUNCHES

Microsoft today announced that the official Halo site is now live at http://www.combatevolved.com. Halo is a sci-fi shooter in which players assume the role of the Master Chief -- a cybernetically enhanced warrior -- in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, with an arsenal of futuristic weapons and vehicles at their disposal. The official site contains information about the Master Chief, screenshots and gameplay movies. A brand new movie features never-before-seen gameplay and exclusive behind-the-scenes commentary from members of the Bungie development team, as they play Halo.

Halo takes place on a mysterious alien ring construct. Packed with combat, Halo will have you battling on foot and in vehicles, indoors and outdoors, with both Alien and Human weaponry. Your objective: to uncover Halo’s horrible secrets and destroy mankind’s sworn enemy, the Covenant.
