Battlestar Galactica Site Now Live

September 9, 2003 - The official Web site for the upcoming Battlestar Galactica video game has just gone live and is available at www.battlestargalacticagame.com.  The new site offers fans all new media and a comprehensive look at the title including:

*       An overview of the title's characters, ships players will fly and fight against and gameplay features
*       Downloadable content such as wallpapers, animated icons and a fansite kit
*       News and updates on the Battlestar Galactica
*       A trailer featuring in game action and vignettes from the titles awesome cut scenes

Set 40 years before the events of the classic TV series, Battlestar Galactica follows the adventures of fledgling Viper pilot, Ensign William Adama on his fist assignment onboard the Galactica.  As Adama, players will engage awesome arcade action as they take control of the hottest fighters in the galaxy, and tangle with dozens of swarming Cylon fighters in massive space battles.  Additionally, players will get a chance to pilot a wide array of ships, from sleek vipers to heavy bombers and take command of an elite cadre of wingmen that increase in experience and skill as the game unfolds.
