DOFUS, the Unique MMORPG, Officially Released

Ankama Studio heralds that the international version of DOFUS is now online

After 2 months of Beta-test and about 80.000 players, the DOFUS Team is glad to tell you that DOFUS has been officially released on September, the 1st.
 

This unique online game, midway between heroic fantasy and cartoon, lead the players to take part to a fabulous adventure in the colorful, 2D designed Universe of Amakna.
 

DOFUS is a Tactical MMORPG which means that players progress in a real time universe, but when they fight against monsters or against other players, action is turn-based (with specific number of actions each turn).
Thus, fights are breathtaking and each move is strategic.

- 22 characters (each one has its own characteristics)
- 17 vast areas
- More than 360 different spells
- A large bestiary (from coward tofus to deadly dragons)

DOFUS is easy-to-access; players can download it on www.dofus.com  (40 Mb) for free.
It works on Windows/Mac/Linux and does not require a powerful system to work. The player can launch the game via an executable or via his web browser.
 

Finally, DOFUS is affordable! Players can download and test it for free during 7 trial days. Then they have to pay a subscription, starting at 6.90 USD, 3.90 GBP, 8 CAD, 5 EUR or 8.95 CHF for a month.
