New ToCA Race Driver 2 Video Now Available

New York, NY – September 7, 2004 – Racing fans won’t have to wait for October 5th to get a taste of ToCA Race Driver 2 for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system.  Instead, they can grab a circuit-side seat and sample a taste of motorsports action with the new video now available from Codemasters.

ToCA Race Driver 2 will roar in with new and exclusive features for the PlayStation®2 edition including an additional circuit, Spain's Catalunya, and an enhanced Championship structure that allows for 99 additional car and track combinations, all operating on a graphics engine running at 60 frames-per-second.  Racers with something to prove can take on the “Pro-Sim mode” or even hook the game up to a force feedback wheel like the new 900° Logitech Driving Force Pro.

Players start off as a professional drivers and immediately push their racing prowess through a total of 33 championships that cover a massively diverse selection of motor sports, including GT Sports Car Racing, Street Racing, Rally, DTM, V8 Supercars, Global GT Lights, Rally Cross, Formula Ford, Open Wheel Grand Prix, Classic Car Racing, Super Truck racing, Stockcar Oval Racing, Ice-Racing, Convertible Racing and Performance Cars.
