TotalGaming.net Adds Dreamcatcher Games, Freak Out: Extreme Freeride's North American Debut

Stardock Entertainment and Dreamcatcher Interactive today announced that the companies have reached an agreement to bring many of Dreamcatcher’s best games to Stardock’s acclaimed TotalGaming.net digital-distribution service. In the coming weeks, hit titles like Painkiller, Hegemonia and Aura: The Fate of Ages will join the extensive library of games already available at TotalGaming.net, where fans can buy top-quality games without the hassles of intrusive copy protection. Stardock is also pleased to announce that Freak Out: Extreme Freeride’s launch on TotalGaming.net marks the first opportunity for gamers in North America to check out the high-flying skiing game. Freak Out: Extreme Freeride and Genesis Rising are both available now at TotalGaming.net for $19.99 and $39.99 respectively.

TotalGaming.net is Stardock’s revolutionary digital-distribution service that does away with intrusive copy protection in favor of the ultimate user-friendly experience of purchasing and downloading a vast range of games. In 2003, Stardock established itself as a pioneer in digital distribution by making Galactic Civilizations the first product ever to launch simultaneously at retail and online; and it further cemented that position when it launched TotalGaming.net, the world’s first online digital-distribution system. Today, TotalGaming.net is home to more than 70 games, from big-budget hits to acclaimed gems from independent developers.

“We are putting a lot of resources into expanding the product line-up at TotalGaming.net, and we’re really excited to begin what we hope will be a long and prosperous relationship with Dreamcatcher Interactive,” said Brian Clair, Director of Publishing at Stardock Entertainment. “We look forward to having Dreamcatcher, JoWooD and the Adventure Company bring even more exciting new titles to TotalGaming.net, along with a number of their past hits.”
