CDV is planning on launching a full-on gaming assault when they show off six exciting titles from their 2005 and 2006 PC games portfolio at Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) 2005 in Bellevue, Washington, from August 26-28.

Gamers attending PAX 2005 will be able to get a hands-on sampling of the following CDV titles

Blitzkrieg II - Take command of the American, Soviet or German military in the most historically accurate World War II RTS to date. Set to ship in September 2005, Blitzkrieg II will keep gamers pinned to their PCs as they fight some of the greatest battles of the Second World War across Europe, Northern Africa, the Eastern Front, and in the Pacific theater of war.

Hammer & Sickle - It's 1949, and unseen forces are working to trigger a nuclear confrontation between the U.S. and the Soviet Union during the early years of a budding Cold War. Gamers take on the role of a recently reactivated Soviet spy. Having infiltrated the American and British controlled sector of Germany, he now finds himself without weapons or supplies. Despite this, he must uncover the mysterious forces at work and put a stop to their fiendish plot.  This challenging RPG is the latest tactical offering from the creators of the acclaimed Silent Storm series.

Codename: Panzers, Phase Two - Explosive action and a rich storyline combine to bring gamers to the front lines of CDV's recently released World War II RTS that took Europe by storm. GameSpot lauded this sequel as "... an entertaining real-time strategy series to dive into." Players will take on the role of American, German and Yugoslavian Resistance commanders as they fight through three huge campaigns or compete in action-packed, fast-paced multi-player combat.

Combat Mission: Afrika Korps (Special Edition) - The award-winning wargame series returns in this, its third installment to create an authentic 3D simulation of World War II tactical warfare in North Africa, Italy, Sicily and Crete from 1940 to 1945. Previously available as an online purchase, CDV will ship this new, expanded version to retail stores this fall.

War Front: Turning Point - Hitler is dead, yet World War II rages on in this alternate-reality RTS. Going beyond the known technologies of World War II, War Front gives gamers a taste of secret and hypothetical weapons, many of which were designed but never fully reached their potential during the War. From an improved version of the multi-turreted Russian T-35 heavy battle tank to the German Me 262 jetfighter, War Front will give players a taste of a "what if" World War II, while showing off some of the most amazing graphics and lighting effects seen in an RTS to date.

American Conquest: Divided Nation - The latest in the popular American Conquest series, Divided Nation takes place in an America in turmoil. The game gives players the opportunity to experience the American Civil War and key events immediately prior to and following the conflict that changed the United States.
