Space Giraffe and Street Trace: NYC on Xbox Live Arcade this Week

Experience Out-of-this-World Gameplay with "Space Giraffe" and "Street Trace: NYC" this Xbox LIVE Arcade Wednesday!

This week, prepare for a cosmic trip to outer space with the frenetic action game "Space Giraffe," or engage in futuristic combat in the streets of New York City with “Street Trace: NYC.” Both games will be available for download this Wednesday, August 22, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. GMT (2:00 a.m. PDT).

From the legendary game designer Jeff Minter, “Space Giraffe” (Llamasoft) is a psychedelic shooter featuring mesmerizing graphics and 100 levels of out-of-this-world gameplay. Gamers can also complete all 100 levels and unlock a hidden gameplay mode.

Set in the urban wastelands of New York City, “Street Trace: NYC” (Gaia Industries) is an all-in-one hoverboard racing and arena battle game featuring multiplayer over Xbox LIVE with up to eight players and an up to a four-way split-screen. Players can choose from four arena games, three street games and even “cash” tournaments that allow them to purchase board and weapon upgrades between games.
