In SEGA’s Yakuza, players will help Kiryu Kazuma, a former rising star in the Yakuza, and guide him through a twisted underworld plot involving the mysterious young girl Haruka and a missing $100 million. Players will go through an immersive cinematic story written by award-winning Japanese novelist Seishu Hase and renowned producer Toshihiro Nagoshi. The game will engage players to explore an authentic Tokyo through the hidden nightlife district and sprawling neon-lit streets and nightclubs. The game’s new fighting engine will allow players to string together attack combos so they can simultaneously take out multiple enemies and grab in-game objects to bash opponents and win the battle. Players will also be able to take part in numerous mini games and side missions including hitting balls in a batting cage, gambling at the local casinos, relaxing at the massage parlor and more.
Yakuza will be rated M for Mature by the ESRB.
