SUMMER OF SHATTERED GALAXY WARMING UP!
(July 25, 2002 - Santa Clara, CA) The "Summer of Shattered Galaxy" will be heating up the month of August! Starting Monday, July 29, registered Shattered Galaxy gamers will be able to enter a series of two contests to have a chance to win some very cool prizes, including the DHT7100 "Home Theater in a Box", DVD Home Theater System courtesy of SONICblue, and the Kodak DX3900 EasyShare three megapixel digital camera.
From July 29 to August 9th, in the "Search 'n' Destroy" contest, registered players search the Shattered Galaxy website for images of five units from in the game. When placing their mouse pointer on the units, they'll reveal text to enter when registering for their chance to win any of several prizes. From August 19 to August 31, in the Score Some Booty contest, gamers adventure through the in-game tutorial of Shattered Galaxy, to find the missing word from the passages of text in the tutorial. By finding all five passages, you can register for a chance to win awesome prizes.
