Ideas From the Deep announces Bugdom 2 for Windows has been updated with stereocopic 3D support.

I really didn't know what to expect when I first tried it, and I was blown away by how much the effect adds to the 3D experience."

The stereoscopic effect is an optional feature and requires a set of red/ blue or red/cyan 3D glasses which can be purchased inexpensively on the net, and many sets come free as movie or other promotional items. The Bugdom website has a link for purchasing a set if a player does not have one already.

The 2.0 update also improves startup times, improves some user interface elements, fixes a few bugs and has better detection of system requirements. A full change list follows:

- Diagnostics file always created (only on new/changed hardware)
