A Wii and DS Player's Guide to Roogoo Attack! and Roogoo Twisted Towers

Developers' guide explores diversity of environments from Wii's volcanoes to NDS space

Environment 7-11: Volcano, MeeMoo City, Moonbase, Vortex, Lair of the Prince (Wii)

Players enter the Volcano world with plenty more speed boost levels to challenge their timing. Giant lava rock creatures will get in the player’s way while Roobot returns for more fun. Players will need to be quick on their feet to get past blockers and keep up with speed platforms.

After defeating Roobot and the Volcano world, players will head straight to Mee Moo city. While facing flip flop platforms, players may also want to shoot down the Mee Moos on their rooftops. Players shouldn’t forget about butterfly platforms that add a reverse action twist. Players will face the additional challenge of taking down and destroying Mee Moo skyscrapers by drilling through towers.

Players will head into outer space as they make a stop at the Moonbase. Shapes fall faster making it a bit harder to manage the flip flops and blockers. Players must watch out for the Mee Moos inhabiting the station who will steal the player’s shapes unless they’re shot down with hammers.

Players will continue on in the Vortex level, getting closer to the final challenge. Players are placed in the center of an asteroid field. Players will want to shoot down the asteroids before they get in the way. Mee Moos are also out in the Vortex to block platforms.

At last, players will reach the Lair of the Prince. They’ll need to concentrate as this is the fastest gameplay yet. The Prince will conjure a number of different hurdles in your way, but quick thinking and persistence will help players succeed in saving the Roos.

Environment 7 - 11: Desert, Wasteland, Mee Moo City,; The Core, Space (DS)

As players continue their quest to save Planet Roo and collect meteor shapes, they will encounter different environments that offer even more challenges and greater difficulty. Players that truly want to master their style of gameplay and become Goo-Roo’s will greatly enjoy the remaining adventures within Roogoo Attack.

Players will travel through deserts topped with delicious desserts – or are they mirages? The Wasteland area will show players the lifeless void left on Planet Roo after the devious acts of the Mee Moo. Players will even get to see the heart, or lack thereof, of Mee Moo City as they come closer to achieving their goals.

Finally, players will conclude their journey deep within the Core of Planet Roo and even in the vast Space environment surrounding the planet. Players will encounter nearly every challenge previously experienced in the initial environments as they climb one step closer to helping the Roo-Goo defeat the evil Mee Moo and save Planet Roo.
