Solar Studios Previews Metal Combat: The Ultimate Junkyard Fighting Game at E3.

Solar Studios will be previewing a demo of the hottest new fighting game for 2005 at E3 – Metal Combat.

Metal Combat allows characters to fight with real hit reactions with every blow. All other games use preset animations that are simply repeated. With Solar’s amazing new gaming technology SubaZ©, character interaction is driven by the physics of the fight and the objects in the environments, with unlimited and unpredictable possible character interactions. Metal Combat is the first of Solar Studio’s games and the first game ever, to use this powerful new SubaZ© gaming technology.

Metal Combat is not just a technological triumph, it’s a total blast to play. The biggest baddest junkyard fighting game ever, Metal Combat pushes the limits of fight games. Ferocious junk fighters battle for dominance of a decaying scrap metal facility. Iron, steel, and toxic waste dominators face off to destroy one another before being recycled.

Here’s what happened. Scrappy Muldune, proprietor of Muldune’s Salvage Yard sold out. He shouldn't have taken the money. Overcome with greed, Scrappy took under-the-table payments from government agents to secretly store waste materials in his junkyard so that the administration could post a clean environmental record. Now his once peaceful salvage yard is filled with nasty toxic and hazardous waste. All that waste mixed with the rust, junk, iron, and steel, and came alive. Metal Combat features junkyard dudes that kick, crawl, run, fly, and even steal each others fuel, unlockable “boss” characters and massive junkyard worlds. Are you tough enough to be the heavy metal dominator?

Solar Studios is showing the worlds first playable preview of the ground breaking game experience Metal Combat I at E3. Metal Combat is scheduled for release Q2 2005 on all the worlds best video game systems. You can also catch a sneak peek of two other hot hits from Solar that are in development, LizardQuest and BarFight.
