Yahoo! Games Announces Relationships with Leading Video Game Publishers: Ubi Soft Entertainment and Vivendi Universal Games

New and Classic Titles to be Distributed Through Yahoo! Games on Demand

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - May 12, 2003 - Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO), a leading global Internet company, today announced two new relationships with leading video game publishers to distribute new and classic titles through Yahoo!(r) Games on Demand http://gamesondemand.yahoo.com . Through these relationships, hit titles such as Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell(tm), Rayman(r) 3 Hoodlum Havoc, Empire Earth(tm), Arcanum(tm) and SWAT(tm) 3 will be available to consumers for direct rental and broadband streaming play.

This expanding list of publishers and top titles available through Yahoo! Games on Demand, further establishes Yahoo! Games as a leading online destination offering a variety of game options to a diverse audience. With over five billion minutes played in the month of April, Yahoo! Games was ranked the most trafficked Internet game site by Nielsen//Net Ratings (March 2003).

* Rainbow Six, Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear Black Thorn, and Ghost Recon - squad-based tactical shooter games in which players assume control of a number of elite special operatives going up against a terrorist foe.
