Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project has Gone Gold
May 9, 2002
Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project, the 3D platform-style PC game from ARUSH Entertainment, Sunstorm Interactive and 3D Realms, is now GOLD. It is being sent for duplication and manufacture, and will be on retail shelves everywhere in a couple of weeks.
The game will also ship with an unsupported Level Editor program, which will allow those interested to create their own levels for Duke to run around in. There won't be any instructions for this editor, so you'll have to figure it out on your own, but I'm pretty interested to see what the mod community will do with this game. The game will also ship with the Duke Nukem Forever movie from last year's E3 as a bonus. Special edition packs, featuring a limited edition Duke Nukem Manhattan Project subway token keychain, will ship at release as well. Keep an eye out for these.
You can find out more on the game at
www.DukeNukemMP.com and don't miss the 20 MB movie that shows gameplay and has Duke spouting some of his one-liners.
