SouthPeak Interactive and Artificial Studios Announce New Relationship

First Software Title Will Be Monster Madness; To Be Demoed at The Standard Hotel in Los Angeles During E3

SouthPeak Interactive, a leading independent publisher, and Artificial Studios, a game and middleware studio, announced today that they have joined forces. SouthPeak Interactive will be publishing Artificial Studios’ upcoming title, Monster Madness, for PC and next-generation platforms.

“SouthPeak’s breadth of knowledge within the videogame space was very appealing to us,” said Jeremy Stieglitz, president of Artificial Studios. “With more than 10 years of publishing experience, we are excited to be working with them on our upcoming titles.”

SouthPeak Interactive and Artificial Studios will be showing Monster Madness, a co-op action shooter in development for the PC and next-generation platforms, and utilizing AGEIA’s PhysX processor, at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles this month. One-on-one meetings will take place at the Standard Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, beginning Tuesday, May 9 through Thursday, May 11.

“We are thrilled about our new relationship with Artificial Studios – we think they are one of the hottest up-and-coming development studios around,” said Katie Morgan, executive vice president of SouthPeak Interactive. “We look forward to working with them on their forthcoming releases.”
