CMY Multimedia is Releasing The Adventures of Don Quixote in the United States During E3
Completely developed in 3D, The Adventures of Don Quixote is and edutainment game based on the intrepid knight Don Quixote and his humble squire Sancho. CMY Multimedia is the first software company to provide a software game adventure on what it is considered by many to be the finest book and most emblematic work of Spanish literature.
“We have created an edutainment game where all the children can enjoy learning about Miguel de Cervantes’ novel while practicing concepts in math, language and science.” Said Antonio Romero, International Vice-president of Sales and Marketing for CMY Multimedia. “We are very pleased to bring closer to children this important part of our culture and heritage in a fun and educative way.”
Other games featuring at E3 will be Abby and Gordonne’s Secret and Aymun and the Mechon Pirates. These games play simultaneously in English and Spanish. Abby is a young girl with red-haired ponytails and surprising powers that has incredible adventures helping her friends and solving mysteries. Aymun is a fun character with jumpy eyes. With the help of his friend Justino, he will fight the sinister and wicked Parsimonio.
All 16 titles of CMY Multimedia’s educational software games evolve in a game-playing type of environment where children enthusiastically practice an array of elementary, 1st – 6th grade curriculum subjects. The students play adventures that challenge their knowledge and prompt them to creatively look for solutions to solve situations. CMY Multimedia games are compatible with a variety of platforms, including PC, MAC and Linux.
