BOTHELL, WA – May 1, 2001 – The coolest fox in the galaxy is back in SPY Fox: Operation Ozone™ from Humongous Entertainment®, a division of Infogrames, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFGM). The third adventure in the series, SPY Fox: Operation Ozone pits fox against poodle as kids ages 7 and up help SPY Fox™ save the world from the dastardly Poodles Galore. A new feature enables the SPY Fox: Operation Ozone game CD-ROM to double as an audio CD, making it possible for kids to move away from the computer to enjoy 11 original SPY music tracks. SPY Fox: Operation Ozone is available in retail stores nationwide for the suggested retail price of $19.99.

"The clever storyline, quirky characters and witty humor make SPY Fox: Operation Ozone a perfect challenge for all of those aspiring secret agents out there," said Andy Hieke, general manager and senior vice president, Humongous Entertainment. "The new music portion of the game CD transforms hours of computer fun into hours of audio enjoyment."

SPY Fox: Operation Ozone also gives kids the chance to win cool spy prizes including night vision monoculars, 2-way radios and limited edition SPY Fox t-shirts. In order to win, kids must match a decoder found in every product box against a lineup of suspects on the inside front flap. The contest runs through December 31, 2001. To obtain a free game piece and a copy of the official rules, kids can visit www.spyfox.com.

In the third SPY Fox adventure, a serious situation has developed in the outer reaches of earth's atmosphere. A hairspray space station is blasting aerosol at the earth's ozone layer, threatening the world's inhabitants with each passing moment. Unless the aerosol blast is stopped, the planet will be left at the mercy of the sun's ravaging rays, with the only protection coming from Poodles Galore and her SPF 2001 sunscreen. SPY Fox, a cast of zany characters and an array of SPY gadgets help to save the planet from complete ozone depletion in SPY Fox: Operation Ozone.

In his quest to save the planet from the reigning cosmetic queen, Poodles Galore, SPY Fox needs the help of a variety of colorful characters, including: Trudy Fruit, a dedicated student studying chicle viscosity and flavor retention, who is working toward her Ph.D. in Gumotology; Bobby Llama the Donut Guru, the ex-donut baker who has gone to the desert to find the ultimate meaning of the donut hole; and, Plato Pushpin, the scientist that built the giant aerosol can. He is the only one who knows how to stop the evil contraption.

Along with these new characters, Monkey Penny and Professor Quack return to instruct SPY Fox from the Mobile Command Center and relay vital information for the completion of this mission. Talk balloons allow SPY Fox to question others and find clues to help him solve puzzles. Each character must be considered a potential informant.

A super-secret SPY gadget vending machine dispenses Professor Quack's crazy spy inventions to SPY Fox. Out of this world SPY gadgets include: The SPY Grappling Granny – When you squeeze her belly, her dentures shoot out and firmly hook to anything made of wood, just like a grappling hook.

The Sticky Stun Bun – A stun gun but with more caramel and nuts. This gadget helps SPY Fox get out of sticky situations by stunning guards with sticky business; and, Canned Laughter – It causes an immediate laugh riot when dispensed. It is particularly useful for distracting portly police officers.
