Dragon Throne Ships

Montreal, Quebec. March 26, 2002 - Strategy First and Object Software are pleased to announce that Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs, the follow-up to last year's Fate of the Dragon, has shipped to retail stores nationwide.

"Strategy First could not be more pleased about working with the team behind Fate of the Dragon," says Pro Sotos, Product Manager for Strategy First. "Dragon Throne is a superb title that blends the top elements of strategy and role-playing into one great game."

Dragon Throne is a great-scaled RTS that depicts a turbulent and chaotic time in Chinese history. The Battle of Red Cliffs was regarded as a great milestone in the Three Kingdoms period. Through three individual campaigns, players will control their kingdom's armies and wage war for supremacy as either one of the three warlords, (Liu Bei, Sun Quan or Cao Cao) who played a pivotal role in ancient China. They must lead their kingdom in building their regime, developing new technologies, establishing strategic alliances and creating a mighty army in an attempt to control the Three Kingdoms and reunify the nation.

Infogrames will distribute Dragon Throne exclusively in North America.

Strategy First is currently in negotiations for European Distribution of  this title. For more information, please contact the Director of European Operations, Stewart Braybrook, at sbraybrook@strategyfirst.com
