NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 2001--Take Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) announced today that Oni, the critically-acclaimed third-person 3D action adventure game for PlayStation(R)2, was the top-selling title in Europe.
Oni debuted at number one on the ChartTrack UK sales chart upon its initial release on March 9, 2001 and continues its number one ranking according to ChartTrack UK for the week ending March 17, 2001. Oni's extremely successful launch in Europe also resulted in the title taking the number one position in both France and Germany according to Media Control for the week ending March 17, 2001.
