Himalaya Studios Launches Community Forums
Himalaya Studios, the developer of the graphical adventure game “Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman’s Mine”, announced the launch of “The Himalaya Community Forums” at http://www.himalayaforums.com/. The forums offer a welcoming environment to meet like-minded, adventure gaming friends and to count down the release of the long-awaited “Al Emmo and the Lost Dutchman’s Mine”.
The forums were launched merely weeks before the anticipated release of the game. Stijn van Empel, the company’s Online Community Director explains, “forums take time to check and manage. We didn't want to open the forums until we felt we were ready to devote our time to them.” Chairman and CEO, Britney Brimhall, adds, “considering the small size of our team, we had to focus our attention to development tasks over the years. Now that the game is in the beta stage, we are ready and excited to step back from our work and meet the fans who have patiently awaited the release.”
The Himalaya Community Forums are the official place to meet other fans, the development team, ask questions related to “Al Emmo” and Himalaya Studios, and to receive answers. The team is eager to meet those with a love of the adventure genre who are ready to experience classic gaming once again.
