Groove Unleashes “WarPath” Multiplayer PC Demo

Groove Games invites players to delve into “WarPath” with the multiplayer-only PC demo.

Groove Games today released a multiplayer demo for their upcoming sci-fi first person shooter, “WarPath.” Designed to bring players the ultimate in FPS satisfaction, “WarPath” delivers blistering online battles, unique upgradeable weapons, and breakneck speed on the PC and Xbox. Developed by Digital Extremes, “WarPath” is scheduled for release this spring.

Features for the “WarPath” demo include:

  • Three multiplayer modes: Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag
  • Three weapons: Tyrant (Grenade launcher), Violator (Shotgun), Wolverine (Assault rifle)
  • Practice mode with up to 7 bots (AI)
  • Multiplayer mode with up to 32 bots on a dedicated server or 15 on a peer-to-peer server
  • 16 Max players on peer-to-peer server via LAN/Internet
  • 32 Max players on dedicated sever via LAN/Internet
