Grandia II follows the story of Ryudo, who has been hired to protect a beautiful young priestess destined to take part in a ceremony that could halt the imminent rebirth of Valmar, the God of Darkness. Thrust without warning into this battle between the forces of good and evil, Ryudo must follow his destiny and become the savior of the realm.
