Official Far Cry Trailer shows Hollywood-style Action

Players can get an early glimpse at Far Cry's Hollywood magic by watching the trailer, and witnessing how Jack got into his island predicament.

In Far Cry, after escorting an inquisitive journalist to a remote tropical island, Jack finds himself stranded in paradise, hunted by an unrelenting team of highly trained mercenaries. He will need to outwit hordes of cunning mercenaries, make long-range assaults from more than a kilometer away, and use every vehicle, weapon, and strategy at his disposal to outlast the island's evils and escape with his life.

Far Cry features its critically acclaimed, proprietary CryENGINE(tm), huge game environments, deadly A.I., and the longest view-distance ever witnessed in a first-person shooter - all features destined to become benchmarks in the genre.
