Typhoon Games to Launch Winning Eleven 9 for the PC

Typhoon Games, leading publisher and developer of entertainment software, today announced their plans to distribute the PC game for the soccer series Winning Eleven 9. On this latest edition, Winning Eleven 9 simply adds more enhancements and features to an existing great package. The target launch date will be on the 9th of February 2006.

About Winning Eleven 9

Winning Eleven is a soccer video game made by Konami Tokyo. It is the original Japanese version of Pro Evolution Soccer. Every year, the new version of the game is released first as Winning Eleven in Japan, and after a few months a slightly modified version is released worldwide, in two different packages: Pro Evolution Soccer for Europe, and Winning Eleven International for the rest of the world. Additionally in some countries, a localized version is released, featuring their own local leagues and teams. The Winning Eleven series precedes International Superstar Soccer (ISS), and debuted on Super Nintendo. It is widely considered to be the best soccer video game available, due to its realism and accurate representation of the game. Winning Eleven 9 is the latest version and the Winning Eleven series has been produced under the guidance of Shingo "Seabass" Takatsuka at KCEJ.
