GarageGames Releases Oddly Addictive New Game: Oddictive

Puzzle game shows off fresh new gameplay mechanic

GarageGames, game publisher and leading technology provider for independent and professional game makers, in conjunction with Tapout games, is pleased to announce the release of Oddictive.

Using an intuitive mouse-only gameplay mechanic, Oddictive challenges the player to draw lines of any angle and length required to redirect falling colored balls into their corresponding buckets. Keep the balls rolling longer to increase your point total, and match three balls in a bucket to collect the score. Let the ball fall, and you've dropped the ball on your chance of scoring major points.

With over 70 levels, the game has challenges for all skill levels. Some levels provide obstructions, while others feature moving buckets. In later levels, the ball speed, and therefore the difficulty, increases.

"I love what Oddictive brings to the table for indie games. It's simple and intuitive, but with enough depth to keep me coming back for more," commented Joshua Dallman, GarageGames Game Producer. "The gameplay mechanic of drawing lines across the screen with your mouse is instantly recognizable as an intriguingly fresh take on the puzzle genre. I found myself wondering why I hadn't seen the same innovative idea in a game before, and now I'm addicted. We at GarageGames are proud to have worked with Tapout Games to bring Oddictive to our Game Store.

Oddictive is available through the GarageGames Game Store for $14.95.
