Harley Davidson: Wheels of Freedom

It's winter in my neck of the woods, and the Bike has been put away for a couple weeks and the yearning for the freedom of the road hasn't really set in. But, when it does, I've got at least a partial cure sitting right here on my computer, Wheels of Freedom -- it's one fantastic game. It's got some great options which include choosing your character, your Bike, and the color you want it to be. You can play single user or hook up all your other bored Biker friends (gotta be connected to a network or the Internet for this part though) and travel the virtual roads to some pretty cool virtual rallies, like the open road challenge, a checkpoint rally and of course, a Poker Run (what would a biker game be without a Poker Run??). There's some special effects like dust, smoke and flames that just add to the virtual reality of this game. AND, here's the kicker, this game has the official seal of approval by Harley Davidson itself. 

Now, don't get me wrong folks, this game isn't JUST for Harley riders, it's for EVERY Biker out there that has the ride put away for one reason or another and is just itching to feel the wind in their hair.

Installation:  Easy, but kinda time consuming.

Gameplay: 10  If ya ride or wanna ride, this is perfect.

Graphics: 9  Great graphics

Sound: 10  You can FEEL the rumble.

Difficulty: 6  It's challenging, but not overwhelming.

Concept: 10  If ya ride or wanna ride, then this IS the game for you.

Overall Rating: 10  Ok, if yer without a ride or it's winter or for some reason you can't be in the wind, this IS an acceptable substitute.
