If you entered your correct Birthday information into the DS, Pokémon Black has a series of Easter Eggs in store for you. 
 
  • Talk to the nurse at the Pokémon Center.  She will ask you if it’s your birthday.  If you answer “yes,” she will say “Happy Birthday.”
  • On your birthday, Routes 14 and 15 will be free of mist so you can enjoy the scenery.
  • Talk to the owner of the Pokemon Musical and he’ll give you a Birthday Cake prop.
