While yesterday, we brought news that PlayStation 3 owners can finally partake in the whimsy that is Penny Arcade Adventures on Thursday, we have learned today that everyone else (short of the Wii, that is) will get to experience Episode 2 next Wednesday, October 29th. Just in time for Halloween!Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness, Episode Two will also boast music from The Darkest of the Hillside Thickets, a Canadian rock band dedicated to promoting the literature of H. P. Lovecraft and a recent performer at the 2008 Penny Arcade Expo gaming festival. The song, entitled "Some Things Man Was Not Meant To Know," will enhance the game's closing credits. ... Hothead Announces Penny Arcade Adventures ep. 2 Has Gone Gold

Hothead Games has announced that the second episode of Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness Episode Two has attained gold status, and we will hopefully see it soon. The game will be 1200 MS Points, $5 cheaper than the first episode, and the PS3 is expected to have a similar price.
