Double Fine is making a Kinect Sesame Street game. That's pretty much all you need to say to confirm the weirdest mash-up of development houses and cultural IPs. But it's true! Double Fine, best known for games like Psychonauts, Brutal Legend, and recent downloadable titles like Stacking and Costume Quest, is now stepping into the casual market with the family friendly Sesame Street: Once Upon a Monster. Working with Warner Brothers, Once Upon a Monster is a Kinect title deisgned for cildren in mind (duh). Lots of jumping, dancing and that sort of stuff will keep kids entertained.   While they have yet to find much sales success, developer Double Fine, headed up by Tim Schafer, has quickly become one of the industry's most beloved developers thanks to offbeat titles like Psychonauts and Brutal Legend. Now, he's back with a new downloadable adventure set to be released by THQ, Costume Quest. While one would think that Costume Quest would be the twisted brainchild of Schafer himself, it's not: The game's designer is actually Tasha Harris, Double Fine's lead animator.
