MGS3 Connectivity (Japanese/European Version only)
Metal Gear Acid

If you own the Japanese/European version of AC!D and the Japanese/European version of MGS3 , connect your PSP to your PS2 using the link cable and put the PSP on the "USB connection" option.

Then start or load a MGS3 game and you will have recieved the Stealth Camo and the EZ gun. You can then save your game and keep the items even after your PSP is disconnected.

This does not work on the US version.

In the market, there is an orange can. Proceed to kick it behind the counter of the Jet Bakery. A message will say you have received a free 1000 Zennys. Leave the room, and return to have the can reappear. You can do this can many times as possible,

Note: later in the game, the amount will be bumped to 2000 zenny each.

Hard Mode

Beat the game, and after the credits and endscene, an option will appear on the title screen that allows you to change the difficulty. Now, you can choose between Normal and Hard modes.

Easy Mode

Catch on fire near the end of a level and when you have 1 HP left run through the exit portal. Next time you enter a level your health bar should be at 0 and you cannot take any damage. The best level to do this in is Return to sleeping Village. The boiler guards at the end can catch you on fire quite easily.

Pause the game, simultaneously press and hold R, then press down, up, square, triangle, triangle, circle, down, up, and then simultaneously press square and triangle. (if you entered the cheat correctly, cheats will be selectable at the pause menu screen).
